With the Trojan Fir Tree Planting Kit from Meinwoody, you can plant your own tree in just a few steps. Open, press the seeds into the soil, water. Done!

After successful cultivation, you can easily plant your small tree in a new container, or directly into the ground, without repotting, using the compostable pot. The pot will then decompose naturally in approximately 12-24 months, leaving no residue in the soil. Your plant can then develop its roots undisturbed and establish itself firmly in the ground.

The tree planting kit consists of valuable forest seeds, a compostable planting pot produced on site, Terra Preta soil and a hemp fiber mat.

Interesting facts about the Trojan fir

- grows near the ancient city
- very heat and cold resistant
- is well suited as a Christmas tree

In northwestern Turkey lies the Ida Mountains, whose unique feature is the exceptionally high oxygen content. Few regions worldwide boast a similarly high concentration.

The Trojan fir is one of the trees that inhabit the Ida Mountains. Its name is not arbitrary, as the famous ancient city of Troy is located nearby and gives the fir its name.

Like other fir species native to Turkey, the Trojan fir possesses a high resistance to heat and extreme cold . Under ideal conditions, this tree, closely related to the Nordmann fir, grows to a height of 20 to 30 meters.

Please note: Plants are unique and may develop differently in appearance, color, shape, and size compared to our descriptions and images. External factors such as soil type, climate, humidity, air supply, and temperature can significantly affect plant development.
Some tree varieties are genetically predisposed to germination taking up to five months - in these cases it is particularly important to keep the soil consistently moist and to be patient.
