TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE VOUCHER PRIZE DRAW 20.01.2024

These terms and conditions apply to the prize draw organized by Mulch Marvin, Wohlleben Mirco GbR, Lobensteiner Straße 7, 95192 Lichtenberg (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"). Participation in the prize draw is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions. The prize draw is in no way affiliated with, organized by, or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram, or any other third party.

1) Duration of the competition

The competition runs from January 20, 2024 to February 2, 2024.
During this period, users have the opportunity to participate in the competition online. The competition runs from 00:00 on the start day until 23:59 on the following end day.

2) How the competition works

Participation is via commenting on the giveaway post on Instagram and Facebook or by sending an informal email, always subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participation is only possible within the entry period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.

Only one entry per participant per platform will be accepted for the prize draw. Therefore, a maximum of three entries are possible – one each via Facebook comment, Instagram comment, and email. Any violation of this rule will invalidate all entries for that participant. Using multiple accounts to increase your chances of winning is strictly prohibited.

Participation in the competition is free – recourse to legal action is expressly excluded.

3) Eligible participants

Natural persons residing in Germany and who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not contingent upon the purchase of any goods or services. If a participant's legal capacity is restricted, the consent of their legal representative is required.

The following are not eligible to participate in the competition: all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition, employees of the organizer, and their family members. Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation at its sole discretion if there are legitimate reasons, for example:

(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or the conduct of the competition, (b) in the event of breaches of these terms and conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair conduct or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

4) Winnings, notification and delivery of the winnings

The prize draw includes one voucher redeemable on the website www.selbstversorgerladen.de from their product range, with a total value of 15 euros .

The winners will be determined after the closing date by means of a random drawing from among all participants. Winners will be notified promptly via private message or, in some cases, email. Winners must provide their email address within one week. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize may be awarded to another participant by the organizer without further notice.

The prize will be delivered by email at the organizer's expense, exclusively to the winner or the winner's legal representative. Exchanges, in-person collection, and cash payments of the prize are not possible.

5) Premature termination of the competition

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organizer will make use of this right in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation, or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper conduct of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such termination is caused by the conduct of a participant, the organizer may claim compensation from that person for any resulting damages.

6) Data protection

Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data. The participant confirms that the personal information provided, in particular first name, last name, address and email address, is truthful and correct.

The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use.

All email addresses and voluntarily provided data from participants will be collected and stored solely for the purpose of determining the winner. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition. Participants have the statutory rights to access, modify, and withdraw their data. 7) Revocation

Participants are free to request the deletion of their registration data and thus withdraw from participation at any time by sending a revocation to service@selbstversorgerladen.de .

8) Liability

Claims regarding possible material and/or legal defects in the prizes donated by the prize sponsors must be asserted exclusively against the latter.

The organizer is not liable for the insolvency of a prize sponsor and any consequences arising therefrom for the execution of the prize draw.

The organizer's competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

10) Severability Clause

Should any provision of these terms and conditions of participation be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions of participation shall not be affected.
