Terms and conditions of participation in the competition

These terms and conditions apply to the prize draw organized by Mulch Marvin, Wohlleben Mirco GbR, Lobensteiner Straße 7, 95192 Lichtenberg (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"). Participation in the prize draw is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions.

1. Subject of the terms and conditions of participation and organizer
(1) These terms and conditions govern participation in the prize draw and any necessary transfer of rights. The description and procedure of each prize draw will be provided within the respective prize draw promotion on the Facebook and/or Instagram page of @selbstversorgerladen or@selbstversorgerladen.
(2) The organizer of the competition is Mulch Marvin, Wohlleben Mirco GbR ( selbstversorgerladen.de )
(3) By participating in the respective competition, these terms and conditions of participation are accepted.
(4) This competition is in no way connected with, sponsored by, endorsed by or administered by Facebook and/or Instagram.

2nd participation
(1) All persons who have reached the age of 18 and are resident in Germany are eligible to participate in the competition. Participation with false identities or with the identities of third parties is not permitted.
(2) Eligible participants can enter the competition by liking the competition post and our page (clicking "Like") and leaving this like in place at least until the winners are selected.
(3) It is also a requirement that a comment is made stating what one would most like to sow.
(4) Participation is possible from 01.07.2022 until 22.07.2022 23:59.

3. Prizes and prize notification
(1) Among all eligible participants, we will give away one copy each of the non-fiction book "How to grow your own seeds" on Instagram and Facebook.
(2) The winners will be drawn at random from all eligible participants within one week of the closing date using an online tool. The winners will be contacted by direct message and asked to provide us with the personal data necessary for shipping within one week.
(3) If we do not receive a message from a winner within the specified period, the prize claim expires. In this case, we are entitled to conduct a substitute draw.
(3) Only one prize is possible per participant.
(4) The prize is neither transferable nor can it be exchanged or paid out in cash.
(5) The prizes will be sent to the winner by post to the address provided. The risk passes to the winner upon handover of the prize to a transport company. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during delivery.

4. Early termination and amendments
We reserve the right to terminate the competition prematurely, in whole or in part, or to modify its course at any time, even without observing deadlines, if it is not possible to guarantee the proper conduct of the competition for technical or legal reasons.

5. Data protection
We are responsible for the collection, processing, and use of participants' personal data, insofar as we process it ourselves. We will use the participant's personal information and other personal data only within the framework of the applicable data protection laws. We will only store, process, and use the information to the extent necessary for conducting the prize draw or if the participant has given their consent. This also includes use for exercising the granted rights of use. The data will be used exclusively for conducting the prize draw and will be deleted afterward.
Participants may request information about their stored personal data at any time. Our privacy policy, which can be accessed under Privacy Policy , also applies.

6. Final Provisions
(1) Should the terms and conditions of participation contain any invalid provisions, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
(2) German law applies. Legal recourse to review the draw is excluded.
